   DECLARATION OF KEN KLOCKE
   I, Ken Klocke, hereby declare and state as follows:
   1. My name is Ken Klocke. I am over the age of 18 and competent to make this declaration.
   2. I became aware that Ms. Sona Rikye filed police reports against me containing false, malicious, and defamatory statements.
   3. In those reports, Ms. Rikye falsely alleged that:
   a. I had family members affiliated with the Ku Klux Klan (“KKK”) and that I threatened to have them harm her and her family; and
   b. I threatened to go home, retrieve a .45 caliber firearm, and return to shoot her and the establishment she operates.
   4. These allegations are entirely false. I have never made any such statements, nor have I engaged in any conduct of the type described.
   5. I believe that these false statements were made intentionally and with malice, for the purpose of damaging my character, reputation, and standing in the community.
   6. The defamatory nature of these allegations has caused me significant personal and professional harm, as well as emotional distress.
   I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of California and the United States of America that the foregoing is true and correct.
