I, Ken J. Klocke, of 39 Burton Street, San Francisco, CA 94130, wish to formally document and report that Sona Rikye, owner of The Second Wife restaurant in San Jose, has made false and defamatory claims against me.

These statements are untrue, damaging to my personal and professional reputation, and appear intended to deflect responsibility from her own misconduct in a business dispute regarding furniture restoration work I completed for her establishment. I categorically deny the accuracy of these claims and consider them malicious in nature.

I request that this statement be entered into the record for reference should any further action or dispute arise. I reserve the right to pursue legal remedies for defamation and financial harm caused by these false allegations.
